The band Dead Gray started as a one-man project of Andris Sipos (ex-Nuke, ex-Strong Deformity) in the mid-2000s. The first self-titled single was released on October 29, 2021, on which Andris and Sanyi Bánfalvi (Magma Rise, Ákos, ex-Neck Sprain) already worked as founding members. In the summer of 2023, they found Áldott (jó) Andris (Mogul), and at the end of the year László Gergő (Dungaree) joined the band.
